We’re proud to announce that Brighton-based art duo THE POSTMAN are making their Portsmouth debut at The Box Gallery.

Rooted in their graffiti and photography backgrounds, THE POSTMAN's artistic process is an eclectic fusion of techniques, seamlessly combining imagery with spray paint, stencils, collage, and digital media. Their craftsmanship breathes life into the urban landscape with bursts of colour and a general feel of inclusivity and nostalgia.

Preferring anonymity to personal fame, you’re unlikely to know the identity of the artists behind the masks. These two allow their electrifying artworks do all the talking and receive all of the acclaim - and often use their talents and anonymity to direct public support towards charitable causes.

But despite their humility and focus on community causes, since their inception in 2018, THE POSTMAN have accumulated an extremely committed social media following and critical acclaim. 

They have partnered up with acclaimed photographers like Adrian Boot, David LaChapelle and Dave Hogan, and their work has been recognised and featured by esteemed platforms such as the BBC, LA Weekly, and the renowned Saatchi Gallery, solidifying their status as rising stars in the art world.
